The container which was fitted to the deck of the ship had to have the white pipes shown in the photograph joined to the units on the top of the container.

Stage 2

The white pipes shown in the photograph were routed in the wrong direction and new manifolds had to be designed and fitted.

Stage 3

New manifolds were manufactured which facilitated the installation of a deck and a ladder up the side of the container.

Stage 4

With the new manifolds fitted, rigid vertical pipes were manufactured and fitted ready to join the top units with flexible hose assemblies.

Stage 5

Hose assemblies were manufactured and fitted to the top units.

View of the hose assembly routing. Engineering drawings were produced for all manufactured items which will be recorded and kept so that the customer can request spare parts at any time in the future.
